Sejal Automobiles - Bangalore Review

I left my car for water wash and basic servicing @ Sejal Automobiles. But only when I left my car to next service in another service centre I found that some of the tool kits in my car is missing along with the mat in the . Felt really bad.

Just tried to see the reviews about Sejal Automobiles in Team BHP, wondering about the good review given here. I am absolutely clueless and sure not for it.

Might be I was not having good luck with Sejal motors, but what I am saying is the fact. The cover for the distilled water fluild was also missing, due to which dust and micro sand got accumulated in the tube providing water to clean the windshield .

  • Ridiculous place, did not polish properly after painting, I had to stand there and get the polish done for more than an hour, did the painting in patches and covered it by applying clear coat but charged for the entire part. No professionalism at all.

  • Totally agree with both of you. Went by the last reviews in Team BHP and took my swift vdi black for some dent and repainting. I was told it would take 3 days and when I went to pick up my car, I found that the windows were left open and interior was very dusty. The paint job was shabby and had a lot of sand trapped in it. When asked, Suresh replied that it will be cleaned up during polishing and asked me to come back after 3 days. Even after polishing when the pits created by the sand did not go, I was told that was all that was possible. On insisting that a proper job be done, they did another round of painting!!! By then I had enough of them and took my car to Automechs in Jakkasandra and got the vehicle attended to properly. The fuel tank lid was not on the car while it was there, and I later found that it does not lock anymore! Such callous attitude

  • We had earlier our Alto for repair and dent work. Service was good but the work specified was not done to our satisfaction. Suresh, the owner is the only person to whom you can describe the work. Kind of one man show. Other workers are just doing the assigned work, No one is doing a sensible and smart work. Last week we gave our Santro for AC repair and general servicing and we told Suresh specifically that we are going for a long drive so requested for a thorough check up. When we got the vehicle, it was fine..AC was working fine and the noise that was coming while starting the engine also had stopped. We set off our journey on 27th morning and by evening when we reached Idukki, again the noise started and there was no service centre where we could get the vehicle chekced. The noise was increasing everytime when we were driving with AC on..so decided to continue our drive without AC... Now the sad and scary part....While returning after crossing Salem(7.00 PM), the noise again started even without AC and it was increasing..After some heard we heard a ballon blasting sound and battery started to die down..We continue to drive as we couldnt see any repair bay on the highway. We crossed Dharmapuri, reached RSK Dhaba and done...we were in dark...all the lights were gone...somehow we turned to Bharat Petroleum Bunk opposite to Dhaba...After that it was all miracle, called Hyundai Bangalore Helpline, they gave me TN service centre near Dharmapuri. I spoke to them, technicians came driving 25 KM from the place where we were...they towed our vehicle to service centre...did an awesome job for nearly 2 hrs and it was a heavenly relief when we sat back inside our car at 2.30AM. Still we have to go 130 \kms to reach Blr but nothing mattered seeing the car fit and reacy to go....All this took 6 hours on the highway with tension..tension..tension...nothing else...and you know what caused all these...just a careless work of SEJAL Technician who forgot to tighten the alternate bolts while doing general check up and MR.SURESH KUMAR who forgot to check his technician...

Thanks Mr.Suresh and crew for spoiling the happiness of a wonderful holiday!!!!

Dear friends...We dont suggest this service centre to anyone who loves to have a peace of mind.......
