People People People ..

"People centric business" - which is now catching up .. may it be software sector or a mechanical workshop .. or whatever it is.
Companies believe the fact .. business is nothing but bunch of people who are ready to pay money for services that are offered.
I have heard a leadership program from Robin Sharma (The Monk who sold his Ferrari fame) which says business revolve around people. I really loved the Extraordinary Leadership Program. I like to hear it again and again .. until my iPod crips down due to low battery.
